Features of polysulfide sealant:
1.Cures at ambient temperatures to a tough, elastic and permanently elastic rubber like material.
2.Durable, good chemical resistance, remains unaffected by UV rays, ozone and weathering conditions.
3.Economical, easy to use
4.Non- sag in vertical and overhead joints
5.Excellent repairability property.

Storage of polysulphide sealant:
12 months store the polysulphide sealant in original unopened packaging at temperatures between 10-30 Degree Celsius.
How to Use:
- Surface Preparation: Clean and dry the surfaces. Remove dust, oil, or old sealant. Apply primer if recommended.
- Mixing: For polysulfide sealant, mix base and curing agent in the correct ratio (usually 10:1 by volume) until uniform.
- Application: Apply with automatic dispensing system into the IGU.
- Tooling: Smooth within the tack-free time using a spatula or similar tool.
- Curing: Allow 3 days for full cure at 25°C and 50% RH.
- Cleaning: Remove uncured sealant with solvent; cured sealant can only be removed mechanically.
